Delivery Timeframes
- 3-7 days for Local
- 2-3 weeks for international
- We cannot accept responsibility for items incorrectly addressed, as explained in our terms and conditions
- We cannot control transit period from your customs of local post office
Tracking numbers and signatures
- We can email delivery tracking number to you. All parcels require a signature upon delivery by default. If no-one is home the courier will advise re-delivery options. If you’d prefer not to sign upon delivery, select the relevant “No” box at checkout, however in this instance we cannot accept responsibility for items lost after they have been delivered to your nominated address.
- International:
- Delivery is by air mail. In order to keep shipping rates low, no tracking number is provided and no signature is required on receipt.
- If you would prefer a courier service (faster delivery, tracked service) please contact us for a quote
- Your local post office (USPS, Royal Mail etc.) will handle your package once it reaches your country.
