What is the process for returns?

  1. Do not remove tags or use a product if you need to return it.
  2. Notify us by sending email to returns@happyandhonest.com. Please message us of your invoice number and the reasoning for exchange or refund request
  3. Proper re-packing, shipping and return postage charges are sole responsibility of customers. 
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Can we return, exchange or refund faulty products?Happy & Honest Store ensures that products are in good quality prior to dispatch. However if product is faulty upon receipt, you may raise the concern by emailing us at returns@happyandhonest.com. We will do full assessment of the product returned and if deemed faulty by Happy & Honest Store and our manufacturers, we will offer you refund or exchange of products.
